Making recurring patterns visible over time helps clarify what tends to repeat, the conditions in which it appears, and where more precise action may be possible.

GNOSIS, Mindset Lab’s internal longitudinal analysis system, brings these layers together while preserving their source, limits, and differences. It examines how observed variables, recurring patterns, and relationships across dimensions change over time.

Founder and Director of Research and Methodology
This area defines the laboratory’s research architecture and methodological standards. It develops conceptual models, research questions, observational protocols, analytical frameworks, and rules for interpreting longitudinal evidence.
It also governs the analytical logic of GNOSIS and how uncertainty, contradiction, data provenance, and claim boundaries are handled across the laboratory’s analytical work.
Co-founder and Director of Human Function and Integrated Assessment
This area structures the assessment of human functioning across nutrition, metabolism, body composition, physiological and morphological measures, functional capacity, and selected biological inputs generated by qualified external providers.
It integrates these sources with behavioral and contextual information, preserves their provenance and interpretive limits, and supports longitudinal assessment without treating non-equivalent measures as interchangeable.
